Therese Becker is the CTC Program Leader of the CCDR at the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research. She holds an adjunct A/Prof position with the University of Western Sydney and a conjoint appointment (Senior Lecturer) with the University of New South Wales. Therese is an experienced molecular biologist who did her initial training at the Universities of Ulm and Bonn in Germany working on virulence factors of H. pylori and undertook her PhD in melanoma research at Sydney University (Westmead Millennium Institute). In 2013 she has been attracted to the Ingham Institute to build up the CTC facility.
